Tear the romaine and radicchio salad. Cut the red onion, cucumber, and bell pepper into strips.

- Radicchio salad: 10 g
- Red onion: 10 g
- Cucumbers: 10 g

Base of the sauce. Mix soy sauce, olive oil, and sesame oil. Finely chop a clove of garlic and ginger root. Squeeze lemon juice and add salt to taste.
- Soy sauce: 8 ml
- Olive oil: 10 ml
- Sesame oil: 5 ml
- Garlic: 5 g
- Ginger root: 3 g
- Lemon juice: 5 ml
- Sea salt: pinch
