Mango and apple salad is a vibrant combination of sweetness and freshness inspired by European cuisine. Mango, known for its tropical aroma, meets crunchy apples to create a harmony of flavors. The delicate sweetness of mango is beautifully complemented by the light tartness of apples, while crunchy roasted peanuts add a pleasant textural contrast. A dressing made from natural mango juice makes the salad juicy and refreshing. This salad is perfect as a standalone dish or as an accompaniment to dairy products and seafood in a creamy sauce. Easy to prepare and rich in vitamins, it makes an excellent choice for a summer dinner or an exquisite breakfast.

1
Peel the apples with a peeler, remove the core, and cut into cubes.
- Green apples: 4 pieces
2
Cut the mango into cubes. First, the fruit must be ripe. In the store, gently squeeze the mango; if it is moderately firm and fragrant, it is ripe. Cutting a mango is quite simple. Without peeling it, hold the piece with the flesh up and score a grid on the flesh with a knife. Slightly turn the piece inside out and cut out the flesh cubes.
