Orange brings citrus brightness, and the yogurt dressing with honey and Dijon mustard gently unites all elements while adding zest. This salad is ideal for a light dinner or festive table, delighting with its harmony and freshness. Its history is linked to the European gastronomic tradition of combining protein and fruit components to create a multifaceted taste experience.
