Tuscan salad is the embodiment of traditional Italian cuisine from sunny Tuscany. Its history begins in peasant homes where housewives used stale bread to create a hearty and aromatic dish. Fresh vegetables, olives, and basil fill the salad with Mediterranean flavor, while tangy wine vinegar and garlic add richness. Crunchy bread pieces absorb the flavorful dressing, turning into a soft and juicy base. This dish is perfect as a light snack or a side to meat and fish dishes. Tuscan salad is a harmony of textures, flavors, and aromas that creates true gastronomic magic in every bite.
