Boil the chicken fillet.
- Chicken breast: 2 pieces

The onion needs to be marinated. For this, we cut it into large half-rings (or thin, as preferred), then scald it with boiling water and let it sit for 5 minutes. After that, we marinate it in vinegar with a pinch of salt.
- Onion: 0.5 head
- Vinegar: to taste
- Salt: to taste

Pour boiling water over the dried apricots for 15 minutes to release their aroma.
- Dried apricots: 80 g

Cut all ingredients into medium-sized strips, and squeeze out excess moisture from the cucumbers.
- Cucumbers: 1 piece
