Spinach salad with orange and turnip is a harmony of freshness and rich flavor. This recipe embodies Mediterranean traditions, combining the lightness of greens with the brightness of citrus. Spinach gives the dish a delicate texture and subtle herbal taste, while sweet oranges with a hint of lime make it juicy and refreshing. Turnip adds a mild sharpness, and the honey dressing with notes of sherry vinegar highlights the natural sweetness of the ingredients. Avocado brings creamy tenderness, while cilantro and red onion add a spicy aroma. This salad is suitable for a light lunch or as an accompaniment to a main dish, bringing freshness and energy to the meal.
