Russian salad with trout is a true culinary masterpiece where different types of fish, tender potatoes, aromatic cheese, and tangy pickles harmoniously combine. Its origins trace back to the traditions of Russian cuisine, where generosity and abundance of ingredients play a key role. The salad's flavor is rich with pronounced sea notes thanks to lightly salted salmon and halibut, while red caviar adds sophistication. The delicate layers of potatoes, mayonnaise, and eggs create a soft texture that contrasts with the salty-crisp cucumbers. This salad is an excellent decoration for a festive table and is served on special occasions when you want to impress guests with an elegant and rich taste.
