Ingredients

• Red cabbage: 150 g
• Green onions: 2 stem
• Green cabbage: 125 g
• Olive oil: 3 tbsp
• White wine vinegar: 2 tsp
• Mustard: 0.5 tsp
• Caraway seeds: 1 tsp

Cooking steps

1. Finely shred the red and green cabbage and transfer to a large bowl. Add the chopped green onion and mix well.
