Shrimp with mango and glass noodles is a refined combination of fresh seafood, the sweetness of an exotic fruit, and the tenderness of rice noodles. Inspired by Chinese cuisine, the dish harmoniously blends sour, sweet, and spicy notes. Mango adds softness and natural sweetness, jalapeño provides a spicy kick, while vinegar and sugar create a balance of flavors. This light, refreshing salad is perfect for a hot day or special dinner. The dish requires no complicated cooking but possesses restaurant elegance. Served in individual salad bowls, shrimp and mango elegantly rest on transparent noodles, absorbing the aroma of the sauce.
