Salad (akhtsan) from green beans

Sort the young (immature) bean pods and remove the strings.
- Green beans: 250 g

Cut the pods into thin strips, rinse them, place in a small amount of boiling salted water and simmer until cooked.
- Salt: to taste

Then strain through a sieve.

Transfer the bean pods to a salad bowl, sprinkle with pepper, and drizzle with vinegar.
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Vinegar: 20 ml

Serve the minced garlic separately.
