Chop the cabbage into thin strips, immerse in boiling water and blanch for a few seconds, then drain in a sieve and rinse with cold water.

Mix sour cream, horseradish, lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
- Sour cream: 100 g
- Grated horseradish: 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil: 50 ml
- Salt: to taste
