Rustic risotto is a cozy and hearty dish filled with the warmth of home cooking. Its roots trace back to the traditions of European villages where housewives used simple ingredients to create incredible flavors. Tender rice infused with the aroma of tarragon and oregano pairs with vegetables—green peas, beans, and cauliflower—adding freshness and brightness. The light acidity of white wine vinegar highlights the harmony of flavors, while olive oil adds softness. This dish is perfect for family dinners as well as cozy evenings with loved ones. Rustic risotto symbolizes simplicity and sophistication at the same time, filling the home with aromas of comfort and joy.
