Cottage cheese dough pizza is a refined and unusual version of the classic Italian dish with European notes. The cottage cheese dough makes the base surprisingly soft and tender, while its slight acidity harmonizes with the rich flavors of smoked sausages and chicken. Cream cheese adds a velvety texture, and bell pepper and cherry tomatoes provide freshness and juiciness. This recipe is a true find for culinary experiment lovers; it’s perfect for a cozy family dinner or an evening with friends. Easy to prepare yet exquisite in taste, it leaves a pleasant aftertaste and a desire to try more.

1
Put wheat flour, cottage cheese, chicken egg, sunflower oil, baking soda (with lemon or vinegar), salt, and sugar in a bowl and mix with your hands.
- Wheat flour: 1.5 glass
- Cottage cheese: 250 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sunflower oil: 2 tablespoons
- Slaked soda: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
2
The dough should not be tough, it should be elastic. The cottage cheese should be crumbly.
3
Grease the baking tray with a little oil, roll out the dough across the entire tray (I have a tray specifically for pizza).
- Sunflower oil: 2 tablespoons
4
Spread the sauce on top of the dough: mix ketchup (2 tbsp) + mayonnaise (1 tbsp).
- Smoked sausages: 4 pieces
5
Place sliced smoked sausages on the greased dough, add the shredded smoked chicken in the center, top with tomatoes and bell peppers, and sprinkle everything with cheese; you can add black pepper for spiciness.
- Smoked chicken: 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes: 12 pieces
- Sweet pepper: 1 piece
- Cream cheese ""Lambert"" 55% fat: 1 piece
- Ground black pepper: to taste
6
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 °C.
7
The pizza turns out very tender, juicy, and doesn't dry out!
