Pasta with bacon, mushrooms, and pesto is an exquisite blend of aromas and flavors that combines the richness of creamy pesto, the salty crunch of bacon, and the tenderness of mushrooms. The dish evokes thoughts of homey comfort while having a touch of restaurant sophistication. A light white wine adds refinement, giving depth and nobility to the sauce. Originating from Russian cuisine, it adapts Italian motifs by merging traditions from different cultures. This pasta is perfect for a cozy dinner when you want to treat yourself to something delicious yet not too complicated to prepare. It pairs perfectly with fresh herbs and parmesan, creating a harmony of taste. Juicy, aromatic, and warming — it will be a wonderful choice for those who appreciate the balance of richness and tenderness in every bite.

- Garlic: 2 cloves
2
Add chopped bacon (strips or cubes, as you prefer). Fry everything together for about 3 minutes.
- Bacon: 130 g
3
Add diced mushrooms. Keep on the heat, stirring for another 3 minutes until the mushrooms lose volume and darken.
- Champignons: 150 g
4
Pour in the wine and simmer uncovered on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Dry white wine: 100 ml
5
Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente.
- Paste: 300 g

When the pasta is cooked, drain the water, leaving a little. Add the pasta to the sauce, along with the pesto. Mix everything well. To help the pesto mix better, add some pasta water. By the way, you can try dissolving the pesto in that water initially!
- Pesto: 3 tablespoons

Warm everything together a bit and serve.
