Potato pizza in a skillet is an original recipe that combines the tenderness of potato dough with the appetizing juiciness of traditional pizzeria toppings. It can be called a true compromise between classic pizza and crispy potato pancakes. The grated potato base becomes crispy on the outside while remaining soft inside when fried. Flavorful sausage, fresh tomatoes, and melted cheese create a rich, harmonious taste. The simplicity of preparation makes this recipe perfect for a quick dinner or cozy breakfast. It is best served hot to enjoy its stretchy cheese and crispy crust. This dish pairs excellently with herbs and sour cream sauce, highlighting its homely comfort and versatility.
