Potato casserole with homemade minced meat is a cozy dish filled with the warmth of home. Its roots trace back to European cuisine, where casseroles became a symbol of hearty and comforting food. The tender layers of potato soaked in mayonnaise and egg create the perfect texture, while the golden crust of melted cheese adds an appetizing finish. The minced meat sautéed with onions, carrots, and adjika reveals rich meaty notes with a spicy touch. The casserole is perfect for family dinners or cozy gatherings, and its simplicity makes it accessible even for novice cooks. It can be served as a standalone dish complemented by fresh vegetables or herbs. The taste of this casserole is a harmony of soft potatoes, juicy meat, and aromatic spices that creates true delight in every bite.
