Chicken and pumpkin meatballs

This is how Lara Katsova makes meatballs.

Prepare the minced meat: pass the chicken thigh through a meat grinder.
- Chicken thigh fillet: 500 g

Grate the carrot coarsely, and then the cheese.
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Cheese: 100 g

Heat the pan, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 25 grams of butter. Sauté the finely chopped onion and carrot.

Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater.
- Pumpkin: 300 g

Chop the parsley finely.

Mix sautéed vegetables with pumpkin, cheese, parsley, meat, and two eggs. Salt and pepper to taste.

- Cheese: 100 g
- Chicken thigh fillet: 500 g

Form meatballs.

Fry the meatballs in a mixture of vegetable and butter until half-cooked.
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon

Sauté the remaining onion and garlic. Add the crushed tomatoes. Salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Add cream to taste.

- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Tomatoes: 400 g
- Cream: to taste

Transfer the meatballs to a saucepan with sauce. Simmer until cooked.
