Greek baked potatoes

Greek-style baked potatoes are a dish where the simplicity of ingredients combines with rich Mediterranean flavors. It originates from traditional Greek cuisine, where lemon, olive oil, and aromatic spices transform ordinary potatoes into an exquisite side dish. Baked to a golden crispy crust, the potato slices absorb the spicy aroma of garlic, the sweetness of paprika, and a slight tartness from lemon juice. This dish complements meat and fish dishes beautifully but can also stand alone as a treat. It carries the sunny taste of Greece – warm, cozy, and slightly festive. Serving with dill adds freshness, while the final grilling makes the potatoes incredibly appetizing. It's perfect for cozy family dinners and cheerful gatherings.
