Pork neck pilaf in a multicooker is a cozy and hearty dish that embodies the traditions of Russian cuisine. Historically, pilaf came from Eastern countries but gained its own characteristics in Russia, including the use of pork instead of classic lamb. The rich flavor of meat pilaf unfolds thanks to the combination of tender pork fillet, sweet carrots, aromatic onions, and spices that create a warm and rich aroma. The multicooker simplifies the cooking process: ingredients gradually soak up juices and spices, forming a perfect balance of taste. The dish turns out crumbly and juicy with a hint of garlic. Pilaf is perfect for both family dinners and celebrations, complemented by fresh vegetables, herbs or pickles.
