Cod fish cakes

Cod fish cakes are a delicate and aromatic dish inspired by Italian culinary traditions. In Italy, fish has always held an important place on the table, especially in coastal regions. These cakes combine the freshness of cod with soft notes of vegetables and spices. Carrots add a light sweetness, while Provençal herbs provide an exquisite Mediterranean aroma. Oats make the texture lighter and juicier, and olive oil adds a subtle nutty hint. Such cakes are perfect for serving with a light side dish, such as grilled vegetables or a fresh green salad. They can be used as a filling for burgers or served with homemade tartar sauce. This dish embodies the simplicity and elegance of Italian cuisine, offering the gentle taste of the sea in every bite.
