Fish baked in lavash is a harmony of crispy golden crust and tender, juicy fillet. This recipe resonates with European culinary traditions where the combination of simplicity and rich flavor is valued. Lavash soaked in a sauce of sour cream and mayonnaise wraps the fish, preserving its softness and filling it with spice aromas. Sweet carrots and caramelized onions add piquant notes, creating a balance of flavors. The dish is perfect for both family dinners and festive gatherings, impressing with its tenderness and appetizing appearance.
