Turkish street food and the prototype of the Russian "Kroshka-kartoshka". Kumpir is a constructor dish, in which you can put any filling you want: from different salads like Olivier to sausages, corn, pickles , mushrooms, olives and so on. One of the most common additives in Turkey is butter and cheese. Specifically, this recipe uses tomatoes and tofu, which can be weighed down, for example, with ground beef.

Wash the potatoes, rub with salt and vegetable oil. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Cut tofu and tomato into small cubes. Pour into a pan and sauté a little in vegetable oil. Add salt and pesto sauce.
