Wok of rice noodles with seafood, champignons and corn

Wok noodles are so named because they are usually cooked in a special cone-shaped wok pan. In such a pan, the ingredients brown faster, and the noodles acquire a special taste . Wok is cooked with any fillers: as a base - chicken, pork, seafood, in addition there can be vegetables, sprouted grains, seeds and spices, soy sauce is often added to the wok. Also, any noodles can be chosen: rice, egg, buckwheat . Today we will cook a wok based on rice noodles with seafood, champignons and mini corn.

The dish is prepared very quickly since the funchose is not boiled but simply poured with boiling water, and the seafood cooks for no more than 3 minutes. Therefore, before starting to fry, all ingredients must be prepared.

Slice the mushrooms into thin slices
- Champignons: 2 pieces

Cut the corn lengthwise into 2 parts.
- Mini corn: 4 pieces

Rinse the seafood cocktail and drain the water.
- Seafood cocktail: 400 g

Wok is prepared in a special pan, but if you don't have one – no worries, you can use a regular large pan to fry the filling in a single layer, add oil and heat it.
- Olive oil: 4 tablespoons

Put mushrooms and corn in the pan and fry them on high heat for 3 minutes.
- Champignons: 2 pieces
- Mini corn: 4 pieces

Meanwhile, pour boiling water over the funchose in a separate bowl; while preparing the noodle filling, it will absorb the necessary amount of moisture.
- Funchoza: 50 g

Add seafood mix to the mushrooms and continue frying for another 3 minutes.
- Seafood cocktail: 400 g

Add soy sauce to the pan; we will replace salt and black pepper with it.
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Remove the funchose from the water, transfer it to the pan (to keep the noodles juicy, you can add a little of the water used to soak the noodles), mix everything, and drizzle with the juice of 0.25 lime.
- Funchoza: 50 g
- Lime: 0.5 piece

Garnish the wok noodles with lime slices and cherry tomatoes.
