Baked apples with rice filling are a refined dessert of European cuisine, combining simplicity of preparation with exquisite taste. The history of this dish originates from the traditions of baking fruits, a popular method for preserving their tenderness and rich flavor. The sweet rice filling, soaked in cream, is enriched with the aroma of vanilla sugar and a hint of turmeric spice. Added grapes provide juiciness, while crushed peanuts add a pleasant crunch. Lemon juice preserves the freshness of the apples, complementing them with a light acidity. This dessert is perfect as an independent treat or a light finish to a meal when served with a cup of fragrant tea.
