Chicken bombs in creamy sauce are a true culinary delight, combining the tenderness of chicken fillet, the aroma of spices, and a rich creamy flavor. This dish embodies the coziness of American cuisine, where simplicity in preparation harmonizes with exquisite taste. Thanks to the rich sauce made from cream and cheese, the balls become juicy and melt in your mouth, while garlic adds a spicy note. They are perfect for a family dinner or festive table, accompanied by a light side of sautéed vegetables or fresh salad. Chicken bombs are not just an appetizer but a true gastronomic adventure that brings warmth and enjoyment to everyone who tries them.

1
Finely chop the chicken fillet, then add finely chopped onion, beat an egg, and add spices to taste. Mix well.
- Chicken fillet: 500 g
- Onion: 1 head
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Spices: to taste
2
Grease the mold with sunflower oil, and form small balls from the prepared mixture, placing them in the mold (if the mixture is too liquid, you can add flour).
3
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
4
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: grate the cheese on a fine grater, squeeze in the garlic, and mix with cream/milk.
- Hard cheese: 150 g
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Cream: 200 ml
5
Remove the mold from the oven, drizzle each ball with the sauce, and put it back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
6
The cheese will melt and flow, while the cream will soak the balls. Stewed vegetables or a salad would be a good side dish.
