Fish and chips in beer batter

Fish and chips are one of the main recipes given to mankind by England. Chips are what they call French fries there. We fried the fish in beer batter, as many people do in Britain: it tastes better.

Prepare the necessary products.

Cut the fish into portion-sized pieces.

For the batter, mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and beer until smooth and let it sit in a warm place for 10 minutes. Then put it in the refrigerator.
