Tilapia braised in garlic butter is an exquisite dish that embodies the harmony of tender fish and the rich aroma of garlic-infused butter. This recipe, inspired by Russian culinary traditions, enhances the natural flavor of the fish with fresh notes of lemon juice and the spiciness of horseradish. The gentle braising gives the fillet a special tenderness, while the garlic butter makes the taste rich and expressive. Parsley adds a light freshness, and spices help achieve perfect balance.
