Cauliflower with Bechamel Sauce

Divide the cauliflower into florets.

Add dill stems and a piece of lemon to boiling water (2 l) to keep the cabbage crispy.

Salt the water, add cabbage to boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.

Heat the skillet and add butter.
