Okara 'fish' cutlets are a unique and healthy dish of Russian cuisine, perfect for vegetarians and those looking to diversify their menu. Rich in protein and plant fiber, okara takes on a tender texture while nori adds a light sea aroma, creating the illusion of fish flavor. Sautéed onions and carrots add sweetness and richness, while spices reveal depth of taste. These cutlets can be served with a side of fresh vegetables or a light sauce, making them a versatile option for everyday and festive tables. Baked in the oven, they develop a golden crust while remaining juicy inside. The dish is not only tasty but also nutritious with an interesting combination of ingredients that makes it unique.
