Fry the chicken fillet quickly on both sides.
- Chicken fillet: 800 g

Add sliced onions in thin half-rings and stir until they become transparent.
- Onion: 1 piece

Cut the bell pepper and tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the stew. Add salt, pepper, herbal spices, white dry wine, mix, and cover TIGHTLY with a lid. Reduce the heat and cook for about one and a half hours (the liquid should hardly evaporate!). Stir a couple of times.
- Sweet pepper: 1 piece
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Salt: to taste
- Seasonings: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Dry white wine: 0.3 glass

When the meat is ready (the chicken should be completely tender) — sprinkle couscous over the surface, mix it in (so that it doesn't stay on top!)
- Couscous: 0.5 glass

Cover tightly with a lid and turn off the heat — it will cook itself in 15 minutes. Then it can be served!
