Dumplings in pots

Dumplings in pots are a cozy dish of Russian cuisine that combines the tenderness of dumplings, the creaminess of milk, and the aroma of baked cheese. This recipe is inspired by the tradition of cooking in clay pots, making the dishes especially juicy and rich. The milk soaks into the dumpling dough, giving it softness, while herbs add fresh notes. Grated cheese melting under a golden crust creates an appetizing aroma, and mayonnaise adds richness to the flavor. Baking in the oven makes the dish not only tasty but also beautiful—individual pots are perfect for serving at a family table. It's an ideal treat for a cozy evening that will surprise guests with its simplicity and originality.
