Georgian-style chicken is a vibrant embodiment of Georgian cuisine, rich in spices and aromas. The Svan mixture gives the meat a rich spicy flavor that is perfectly complemented by a delicate sour cream-garlic sauce. Historically, this recipe traces back to traditional Caucasian methods of cooking meat—roasting with minimal oil to preserve its juiciness. The baked chicken comes out with a crispy crust and juicy flesh, while the added garlic sauce enhances its rich taste. This dish is perfect for both festive gatherings and cozy family dinners, filling the home with the warmth of Georgian hospitality.
