Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds, and slice thinly. Chop the onion finely. Cut the chicken into strips that resemble the size of the pepper strips.

In a bowl, mix pepper, onion, and chicken with paprika and cumin. Squeeze the juice of half a lime, drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper, and mix everything well. Let marinate for 5-10 minutes.

For salsa: thinly slice half a chili pepper. Coarsely chop half a cherry tomato and two-thirds of a bunch of cilantro. Mix everything in a separate bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper. Pour in the juice of 1 lime.

Heat the grill pan over high heat. Sauté the chicken with vegetables until golden brown (6-8 minutes). It's important to constantly turn the contents of the pan, otherwise everything will burn.

Make guacamole: crush the remaining cherry tomatoes on a board, thinly slice the other half of the chili pepper and cilantro (not just the leaves, but the stems too). Split the avocado in half, squeeze the flesh onto the board with the tomatoes, greens, and cherries, and chop roughly. Add salt and pepper as needed.

Heat the tortillas in the oven at 60 degrees for 5 minutes. Squeeze the juice from the remaining half of the lime onto the chicken with vegetables. Grate the cheddar. Fill the tortilla with chicken, vegetables, guacamole, salsa, yogurt, and cheese. For a large group, you can simply place all the ingredients on the table for everyone to assemble their own fajita.
