Mix yogurt, olive oil, crushed garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add lemon zest (grated finely) and the juice of half a lemon (about 2 tablespoons).
- Yogurt: 1 glass
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Dried oregano: 0.5 tablespoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Lemon: 1 piece

Mix thoroughly, then add chopped parsley. The marinade is ready.

Place the chicken meat with the marinade in a large plastic bag and seal it without leaving any air inside. Massage the bag to mix the marinade and meat well, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Chicken: 2 kg

Fry the chicken in a pan or on the grill, or bake it in the oven. For the latter option, preheat the oven to 190°C and place the chicken in a deep baking tray or casserole.
