Lamb with quinoa

4 servings

70 minutes

Lamb with quinoa is an exquisite dish of European cuisine where juicy meat harmonizes with the tenderness of quinoa and a rich raspberry sauce. Historically, such recipes arose from the desire to combine traditional meat dishes with light sides that enhance the main ingredient's flavor. Marinated lamb, baked to tenderness, acquires a wonderful aroma thanks to soy sauce, garlic, and cilantro. Quinoa cooked to fluffiness serves as a perfect complement with its light nutty undertone. The raspberry sauce combines sweet and tart notes, making the dish's flavor rich and memorable. This dish is suitable for both a cozy home dinner and a festive table as it combines ease of preparation with restaurant-quality presentation.
