Cheddar Bean Quesadillas

Bean quesadillas with cheddar are an amazing combination of simplicity and rich flavor. This dish, inspired by Mexican cuisine, is adapted for the European table. The tender bean puree with cumin and smoked paprika creates a deep, slightly spicy taste that pairs wonderfully with melting cheddar. Cilantro adds fresh herbal notes, while tomato sauce and sour cream enhance the dish's juiciness. Golden tortillas, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, make each quesadilla truly appetizing. It's an ideal option for a quick dinner or cozy lunch that can be served with a refreshing salad. The simplicity of preparation and accessible ingredients make it versatile for everyday menus.
