Salmon in foil with beans and pesto is a simple yet refined dish that embodies the harmony of Mediterranean cuisine. The recipe's history originates from the European tradition of baking fish with herbs and vegetables to preserve its juiciness and aroma. Salmon, with its delicate flavor and rich content of healthy fats, pairs wonderfully with fresh beans and spicy pesto sauce. Lemon juice and olive oil add refreshing citrus notes, while baking in foil helps retain all the flavors inside. The dish is perfect for both everyday dinners and festive tables. It can be served directly in foil envelopes, making the presentation elegant and convenient. Salmon with beans is beautifully complemented by young potatoes and fresh vegetables, creating a rich and balanced taste.
