Quick fish patties are a harmony of taste and simplicity. This recipe, originating from European cuisine, combines tender fish fillet with aromatic potatoes to create appetizing, airy patties. Their history traces back to traditional dishes where fish and potatoes are constant companions in cooking. The light texture and rich flavor make these patties versatile: they can be served as a standalone dish with sauces or used as a base for burgers. Outside – a golden crispy crust, inside – juicy, tender consistency. They cook quickly, perfect for family dinners and leave a pleasant aftertaste of the sea's freshness. Complement them with fresh vegetables or a light sauce for a true gastronomic delight.
