Grilled chicken breast with smoked pepper and lime is a vibrant blend of aromas and flavors inspired by Chinese cuisine. This recipe combines tender chicken fillet with the spicy heat of chili, the freshness of lime, and sweet notes of honey, creating a balance between warmth, acidity, and caramelization.

Preheat the grill.

Mix crushed pepper, hot sauce, lime juice, garlic, oil and pour half into a resealable bag. Do not add honey yet. Leave the rest.
- Chili pepper: 1 piece
- Hot Thai Sauce: 0.5 teaspoon
- Lime juice: 0.3 glass
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Olive oil: 0.3 glass

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Chicken breast fillet: 400 g

Put the chicken in the marinade and let it marinate for 15 minutes. Do not put it in the refrigerator.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the preheated grill. Discard the used marinade.

Grill the chicken for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

Now add honey to the remaining marinade and pour it over the chicken. Immediately flip the chicken and pour on the other side. Grill until slightly browned, about 2 minutes.

- Lime juice: 0.3 glass

Remove from the grill and drizzle the remaining sauce on top.
