Mix all the ingredients (except for the chicken) in a food processor
- Black allspice: 1 teaspoon
- Red onion: 240 g
- Green onions: 70 g
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Orange juice: 1 glass
- Lime zest: 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Fresh thyme: 2 tablespoons
- Jalapeno pepper: 2 tablespoons
- Ginger: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Garlic: 1 clove

Place chicken breasts and marinade from the blender in a vacuum bag and leave in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours.
