In a large pot, heat olive oil over high heat. Remove seeds from the bell pepper, finely chop the onion and pepper, and sauté until soft.
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
- Onion: 1 head
- Green bell pepper: 1 piece

Add ground beef, minced garlic, dried onion, paprika, red pepper, salt and pepper to taste. Cook while stirring for 5-6 minutes.
- Ground beef: 500 g
- Ground dried garlic: 2 teaspoons

- Red pepper flakes: 1 teaspoon

Add canned tomatoes, crushing them by hand. Then pour in the tomato sauce, add sugar and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 40-45 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Canned tomatoes: 1 jar
- Tomato sauce: 700 g
- Sugar: 2 teaspoons
- Cinnamon: 1 tablespoon

While the sauce is cooking, boil the pasta. Cook for 2 minutes less than stated in the package instructions. Drain the water. Add the pasta to the pot with the sauce, mix, and season with salt and pepper.
