Cut each piece of fish in half to make 4 portions. Mix 1 tablespoon of water and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Brush both sides of the fish with this sauce. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper (remember that salt and pepper will be in the sour cream sauce).
- Fish fillet: 2 pieces
- Water: 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice: 1.3 tablespoon
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Place the fish on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 230°C or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

While the fish is still in the oven, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon of salt, and 1/8 teaspoon of ground red pepper. Once the fish is flaky, pour the sour cream sauce over it.
- Sour cream: 2.5 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise: 2.5 tablespoons
- Lemon juice: 1.3 tablespoon
- Salt: to taste
- Ground red pepper: 0.1 teaspoon

Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for about 3-4 minutes or until the sauce is heated and the cheese is melted.
