Historically, Thais skillfully mix fresh vegetables, sauces, and spices to create dishes that awaken all taste receptors. Aromatic peanut sauce, tender rice noodles, and crunchy vegetables make this dish perfect for both lunch and a light dinner. The addition of peanuts adds texture and richness while sesame oil provides a subtle Eastern aroma. This dish not only delights the palate but also offers a sense of comfort and satisfaction.
