Chili pepper meatloaf is a vibrant representative of Yugoslav cuisine, combining rich flavors and spicy seasonings. The dish's origins trace back to traditional Balkan recipes, where meatloaves are popular for their heartiness and aromatic composition. Tender beef and pork mince seasoned with fennel, garlic, and parsley gains a special depth of flavor from Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Spicy chili pepper adds a piquant touch, making this dish perfect for lovers of intense taste sensations. The ketchup glaze gives the meatloaf an appetizing caramelized crust, while resting before serving allows the juices to distribute evenly. The meatloaf is served with a side dish or fresh vegetables, creating a balanced and delicious combination that delights both home cooks and guests at festive tables.

1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the pork and beef mince in a large bowl, mix them together, then divide into small portions. In another bowl, mix fennel seeds and chili pepper with ketchup, 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, and 1 teaspoon of hot sauce. Pour the mixture evenly over the meat. Then sprinkle the meat with onion, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, and salt on top. Add a beaten egg and gently mix the resulting mass with your hands.
