We take: 1 large or 2 small potatoes, 1 large or 2 small carrots, 2 large or 4 small onions, 3-4 broccoli (it has a specific taste, if too much is added, not everyone can eat it). A mix of frozen vegetables: 7-8 florets of cauliflower (white and green), a handful each of sweet pepper and zucchini, and a handful of green beans.
- Potato: 2 pieces
- Carrot: 2 pieces
- Sweet red onion: 4 pieces
- Broccoli cabbage: 4 pieces
- Cauliflower: 8 heads
- Sweet pepper: 1 piece
- Zucchini: 1 piece
- Green beans: 100 g

Grind the vegetables in a mill or blender. Not too much! We don't need porridge. It should yield more than a kilogram of vegetables. For each kilogram of grated vegetables, add: 3-4 tablespoons of heaped flour, 2-3 pinches of rosemary, other spices to taste, salt to taste.

We fry pancakes. We mix unrefined with refined in a ratio of ≈ 2:1. We need to pour more unrefined oil to feel the taste; however, frying only in unrefined oil can overpower the taste of vegetables and spices, so it's better to mix.
- Unrefined sunflower oil: 150 ml
- Refined oil: 150 ml

Ready pancakes can be sprinkled with sesame seeds for beauty.

Due to the unrefined oil, rosemary, and the specific flavors of different vegetables, a very pleasant dish is created. Since there is very little potato, it does not resemble draniki.
