Beef with onions in Chinese style is a harmony of flavors born on the hot surface of a wok. This recipe embodies the traditions of Chinese cuisine, where juicy meat marinated in soy sauce and sesame oil takes on spicy Eastern notes. The golden-brown fried onions add a sweet aroma to the dish, while garlic, ginger, and hot red pepper contribute spiciness. The tenderness of the beef and crunchy vegetables create a perfect balance of textures, and the final touch—oyster sauce—deepens the flavor even more. This dish is ideal for an Asian-style dinner, especially when served with fluffy rice or noodles. The simplicity of preparation combines with exquisite taste, making it a favorite among lovers of Eastern cuisine.

Fry until the meat is cooked. The onion should not be too hard, but it should not fall apart either. If desired, you can add 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce 3 minutes before the end of cooking. Also, if desired, you can add thinly sliced half-moon carrots along with the onion during the process.
