We cut the bacon into long thin strips.
- Smoked bacon: 300 g

We chop the figs and nuts not too finely.
- Fig: 100 g
- Crushed walnuts: 70 g

We trim excess fat and membranes from the cut. We slice it lengthwise not all the way through and open it like a book. We salt and pepper it.
- Pork tenderloin: 2 pieces
- Salt: to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper: to taste

We place a mixture of figs and nuts in the cut.

We close the edges. Wrap in bacon and tie with string.

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over high heat and fry both fillets on all sides for 5 minutes each.

Place the roast in a baking dish and put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake until done, about 25-30 minutes. If you have a meat thermometer, it should show an internal temperature of about 70 degrees.
