Baked potatoes with minced meat under sour cream is a dish filled with coziness and rich flavors. The combination of tender veal mince, creamy sour cream, and appetizing potato slices makes it harmonious and hearty. This dish can be considered an embodiment of home cooking that combines Mediterranean traditions with a Slavic twist. Baking gives the ingredients a special texture: the meat becomes juicy while the potatoes are soft and aromatic. Spices add zest, revealing all shades of flavor. It is the perfect treat for family evenings, cozy gatherings, or festive tables. It can be served with greens and fresh vegetables, while the sour cream sauce adds tenderness to it. Simple to prepare yet delightfully tasty – this dish will become a favorite in home menus.

1
Let's start with the minced meat. Thaw it if frozen, season with spices, and you can mix it with sour cream, about 100 g of sour cream. My spice mix includes: salt, ground allspice, ground sweet red pepper, coriander.
- Ground veal: 0.5 kg
- Sour cream 25%: 300 g
- Spices: to taste
- Salt: to taste

Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes into thin slices or sticks. The volume of the sliced potatoes should be at least equal to the minced meat, preferably one and a half to two times more — then it will be potatoes with meat, not meat with potatoes. :)
- Potato: 1.5 kg

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the baking tray with oil, mix the minced meat and potatoes in it, combine everything with sour cream, ensuring no uncoated parts are left on top. Place the tray in the oven.
- Sunflower oil: 1 teaspoon
- Ground veal: 0.5 kg
- Potato: 1.5 kg
- Sour cream 25%: 300 g
