Residents of Primorye usually know how to handle a variety of fish, including flounder. But for residents of the central zone, this fish is more of a surprise. The easiest way to deal with flounder and eat it is to fry it. We'll tell you how to do it.

Beat the egg with a fork, mix with salt and pepper.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Clean the flounder, cut off the head and fins, and gut it. You can leave the tail. It's better to take a small, portion-sized flounder so that it fits entirely in the pan. Dredge the flounder in flour.
