For preparation, you will need large elongated potatoes, preferably of similar size. Next, you need to peel the potatoes and cut them in half.

Fry the chopped potatoes in vegetable oil in a deep pan until golden brown on all sides. Heat the chicken broth.

Carefully remove the potatoes to avoid damaging the beautiful skin and place them on a baking sheet. Pour hot broth over the potatoes in the baking sheet so that it reaches the top of each potato. Add salt to taste and spices as desired.

Place the potatoes in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes, covered with foil. Don't forget to poke a few small holes in the foil.
